The team's goal was to keep the car clean throughout the entire endurance event and aside from the impact with a GT Daytona car in the eleventh hour of the race that cost the team 20 minutes in the garage, Krohn Racing has managed to steer clear of the major on-track incidents.

TRACY W. KROHN, Krohn Racing Team Owner/Driver, No. 57 Krohn Racing Ferrari F458 GTLM:
"We lost power into the bus stop about two laps into the race and that was a little frightening. They towed me back in and they cranked it up using a recovery mode. Then when I started up I didn't have anything on the dashboard and I didn't have power steering, so I drove around a couple laps like that under yellow. We brought it back in and tore the dashboard apart. The electrical guys with Michelotto got it fixed. We went back out on the track and the car was quite good after that. It was just an unfortunate incident with the No. 72 Ferrari GTD. It wasn't intentional but none the less I got back into him, tapped him and I spun around so I got a penalty for that."
